This policy applies to paid purchases of SoraLocalik AI Pro. SoraLocalik AI is operated by Salman Khan.
Payments and Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, invoicing, taxes, and refund transactions. Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
Free plan
The free plan costs nothing, so no refund applies.
Pro subscription refunds
If you are not satisfied with SoraLocalik AI Pro, you can request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. We review each request in good faith and approve it unless there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or heavy use of the service during that period.
Renewal payments are generally not refundable. If you were charged for a renewal by mistake, or you cancelled before the renewal date and were still charged, contact us and we will review it.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the email address you used to sign up and your Lemon Squeezy order number (shown on your receipt). You can also contact Lemon Squeezy through your order receipt or customer portal. Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method and can take several business days to appear.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email or customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can resolve the issue quickly.
